As a #vegan, the only thing that would make me happier (than high dairy tariffs) is a tariff/markup or stopping all subsidies for ALL non-human animal products! Nobody needs to stay shackled to the agribusiness! Resist! 🤜
I mean you joke, but the only small good this tariff will do is tax properly carbon emission. If you're taxing every import, you're taxing the distance it took to bring it in. Which is why Trump will likely water down that policy.
