I have seen one where the cpu heat sink was absolutely full of fluff and was throttling itself as a result. Worth giving it a quick blast before giving up.

can confirm, shit was like that gif of the la beast coughing up cinnamon.
it has venting on the opposite side, idk why they did this. it was free and has an RX 480, so that's a win.
