Its especially aggravating since it's not a "cry for attention" or anything stupid like that. Putting my pronouns in the bio is a help for people when they mention me, so they don't get embarrassed when I need to correct them on something super simple.

Not just unisex names. A specific "male" name in a language could be a "female" name in another one.

Like say someone called "Jean". For a french person, it's a dude, full stop. But for someone in the US, it's likely a woman (or a french dude).

Without a context or pronoun, you can't know.
