This looks fantastic, but how do you get over the crippling fear of starting your painting journey? I've only painted two miniatures to completion and get way too anxious about how anything else will come out because I'm not a fan of how the completed minis look.
I basically focus entirely on following the process/step and worry about the end result later basically. Getting in the groove of thing help not stressing too much about it.
100% at first it's more complicated because you need to find your own way you like doing thing, but once you get the hang of it, you can go more on autopilot for a lot of the steps.
Thank you! Yeah I've got my whole 3rd edition army to repaint at some point. I have around 3000 points worth, all collected in the late 90's and early to mid 2000's.

I thought about them myself, but decided on collecting the Ultramarine army I wish I had as a kid. Painted in the style of the time too. π
But for this particular project I THINK I'm going to stick with this style!
As for guides, this was my go to as a kid. π
