Yeah I've got some Primaris marines with angry grill helmets and they are foine, beakies are a bit of an issue as the Primaris bodies tend to have a large neck collar that gets in the way of the beak.

Yes firstborn and even HH helmets fit on Primaris bodies.
The Primaris kits were designed to use them and older pauldrons (shoulder pads).

Here's the only Primaris I've ever painted.

They should do. As far as I can tell the heads, pauldrons and arms are the same size for Primaris and Firstborn it's just the bodies and especially legs are smaller for Firstborn.
