This is 100% true. USAID cost around 1% of the budget & saved countless lives around the world. It also helped build stability around the world & pro-American sentiments. All that goodwill is being destroyed & will take decades to ever recover

Here’s my prediction for DOGE: Whatever minimal amount of money it may possibly save in the short term will be far exceeded by the ultimate cost of fixing all of the problems it creates. It’s already an epic failure.
