If the defensive back did it to Brown and it was called no one would complain.

If a defensive player shoves a running back or QB or offensive lineman by the face mask, that’s a clear penalty.

Offensive players should get called for it, too.

Whatever it take for offensive players to be stopped from constantly shoving their hand in the facemask of defenders. I will never understand why that is allowed but not vice versa.
