Bruce Wayne - Batman
It has been established in marvel comics that you have to be ok with killing where necessary, which is the explanation for why Spider-Man isn't worthy, I think this would therefore carry over to Batman as he has a far more strict no kill rule.

Now, just because someone is ok with killing will not make them worthy, Jason is a very troubled individual and is most of the time shown to not be the most kind. However, I personally feel Jason could be worthy, after all he is a batman who is alright with killing people.
As established over at Marvel, Spider-Man is not worthy due to his aversion to killing, even when it may be considered necessary, and with Dick being (for all intents and purposes) the closest thing to DC's Peter Parker, that leads me to belive he would not be deemed worthy.
I feel there is no BatFam character more worth of weilding mjolnir, Harleys redemption will always be one of my favourite parts of the Batman mythos, and I belive this very redemption from joker sidekick to Hero is what makes her worthy.
While Clark has an aversion to killing, I belive he has the capability of ending someone if the fate of the world depends on it. Even if you look at his Marvel analogue, Steve Rogers, he is the only character consistently shown to be worthy, along side Thor.
Just checked and yes, superman is worthy, he has lifted the hammer in marvel crossovers before lol, gonna keep that last part of the thread because it stands up, will be checking before each one from now on!
Diana is established to be worthy in multiple crossover events, this holds up with her moral compass and laced kill rule established in mainline DC cannon.
