The app isn't linking our reservations at all, I tried to modify my reservation for the vendor hall and they said they sent a text but I haven't received said text

The app says I have no appointments even though I used the phone number. Texting 9 also found no appointments to change or modify (as seen in the image).

the app isn't showing my booked appointments, trying to cancel by texting "9" sends me a link that then says it cant find any appointments for me, and trying to book a new appointment tells me that i have an existing appointment and cannot create another. same name and phone number in each case.
