Yes(ish) to the first-- I learned I don't handle altitude well. But mostly because I love Gulf Shores and want to see how the race is 😁

I've only run once at elevation while visiting Colorado for about a week, but I understand it takes a LOT out of a person. Hopefully that doesn't deter you from chasing your goals. Gulf Shores is a great town, and I'm excited to go back. #RunChat

I moved to Colorado back in high school. After a few years in Colorado I returned on a visit to New Jersey. Ran the old course and was smokin' the best runners in the state. They new I wasn't local and asked. Lol. #runchat Many national elite high schoolers and professionals in Colorado.
