Reuters basically reported on Friday that the tariffs were delayed until March.

Trump denied the report, but he knew all along he would postpone it to March.

That's because they already had programs in place but not a single journalist bothered to find that out. So instead it's the Trump playbook: create a problem, then "solve" the problem you created. Meanwhile global markets have caused people to lose money.
