Rep. Pat Harriman (R) NC, effectively said USA can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. USA can’t do 2 things at once. USA can’t say Ukraine should be at negotiation table while we have debt. Effectively, he is saying the USA is a weak nation and can’t be bothered with being a global leader.
