This does nothing to keep Sheffield safe, Sheffield is more than just the city centre. All this does is move the problem to other areas. Short sighted plans that councillors will suddenly realise doesn't paint the suburbs well, leading to further loss of confidence in the council.

Evidence tells us that anti-social behaviour in the city centre is persistent and is having a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those who live, work and visit the City Centre.

Evidence also indicates that compared to the rest of the city, the city centre is disproportionately affected by these behaviours.

That being said, we will be closely monitoring the impacts of the PSPO on the city centre and the rest of the city.

All valid points but again, this doesn't keep Sheffield safe. The problem still exists, it's not been addressed it's just been moved somewhere else. Sheffield doesn't end 5 minutes from the town hall, people don't get better in proportion to the postcode number.
