(for those who weren't keeping up, Paul says Six Sines now has an oversampling setting for taking the RAW output, no filter. It will be NASTY but I constantly have people asking me for de-rezzy stuff and this is all of that. It'll also be a bit rawer, like A=4 but more so.

I've now tried it and it's everything I'd hoped. If you're a Six Sines fan but also like vintage samplers and crusty old digital, it just got the ability to do anything along those lines you could ask for. This does include 'sound designing drums meant to sound and hit like SP1200'. It's there now.

'raw' output takes two forms, linear interp between the surrounding samples, and value of nearest sampler earlier than me. plus the A=4 lanczos and the far wider lower noise SRC options.

Every single one of those has their uses: in particular fans of REALLY old samplers will recognize a kind of impact, directness and solidity through using linear and ZOH. If you crave old sampler texture, Six Sines now can be that direct OR be quite clean and nice, through oversampling alone.

Duly updated all my latest plugin posts to inform people :) thank you for keeping the A=4 option! I just greatly prefer the texture of it, it just feels realer and more tactile over here <3
