The NYT’s framing implicitly suggests a conflict between equals. You’d never know that Russia’s military dwarfs Ukraine’s, or that Russia invaded Ukraine. Instead it’s just two equal sides attacking each other for reasons. They do this on purpose because they’re pro-fascism.
