Yea its a really cool medium from just a baseline and produces really interesting images. It's really neat to see there's a lot of solutions and diy hacks to push the medium still well after Nintendo produced these things.

I currently use an epilogue operator to extract game boy camera photos and they're adding support for real-time game boy camera capture in their emulator tool. I wonder how viable that will be in the future for capturing video too.

I've heard about this! (Also I kept accidentally saying "gb operator" instead of interceptor in my video)

I am so curious how it'll react to circuit bends. I am way more wary of accidentally shorting something when the power source is coming directly from my computer

Glad it helped!! If you're into photo stacking I'd highly recommend looking into auto exposure bracketing/HDR photos - you can get a wild amount of detail by stacking the same photo 30 times at different exposures
