It's a lack of understanding of the game. Give any QB(with maybe 5 exceptions) his time to throw and run game and you're getting a worse result. It's the same people who don't see value in a running the ball.

It’s simple they don’t know ball very well. The pressure rate he faced would have made 80 percent of QB’s in the league throw twice as many interceptions. Maybe more haha

He’s ranked 26th in adjusted EPA this year. Maybe the advanced stats and metrics aren’t matching what the film is showing? He did make critical mistakes that cost the team playoff berth (most INTs in RZ). With that said, truth is he doesn’t excite normal fans and move the needle for them.

While you all ask “who else is there?”, remember that’s a fear based mentality. Seahawks goal is to get to be a contender; not be a perennially a good team that can’t take a step forward. What has Geno shown to say he can carry this team to a SB? It’s a genuine question am asking.
