Last update of the year, as week four comes to an end! Weight loss has slowed down this week, as I've had a couple of cheat days (allowed by the diet program) due to Christmas and celebrating my friend who has recent had a baby. As well as that, my house has been full of chocolate and sweet treats.

Week three down! Progress definitely feels like I've slowed down, down to 126.6kg/279lb! That's a 2.1kg/4.6lb loss over the last week, for 9.7kg/21.3lb since I started!! Gotta keep thinking about the overall total weight loss and not just the day to day! bsky.app/profile/poik...
