Trudeau has been done for quite some time now and the only person who does not seem to realise this is Justin Trudeau. And I say this as someone who is a reliable Liberal voter.

I've never voted Liberal but I think Trudeau has done a good job as PM. People are just tired of him and that's understandable given how long he's been PM, despite doing a solid job. For the party to reestablish their base, you're right. He should have resigned last year.
