Intersexual and agender, while the + represents room for more as understanding grows. Intersexual means having an anatomy that doesn't fit a sex. Think of a hermaphrodite or hormonal imbalance. Agender means people feel they don't fit in any gender, including the other letters. They feel a void.

Awareness for anything is a starting point. Human rights under the UDHR. As a low needs autistic man who is also a victim of childhood physical & mental abuse, I think MH care/therapy should be covered by insurance. Pollution can't be curtailed by financial penalties, clean it up or shut it down.
