like someone came in today asking about the new got7 album and if it’s going to be in store and before i could come over to help she responded “oh i don’t know” and RIGHT behind her head we have a huge whiteboard with new releases, the date they come out and the date we expect them in store +

and then me and the person that came in started yapping abt got7 and then she leaves and i tell the new hire for the millionth time how you can easily look up which albums we will have and how she needs to know them even if she doesn’t listen to the group. +
