But does Trump care? He’s in office - he got what he wanted and he believes he is King and doesn’t care if his “peasants” like him. I fear that unless/until he dies he is never leaving office. This is a rare source of hope. If Trump's approvals finally drop down to where they should always have been (low single digits), other politicians may finally see benefit in breaking with him and resisting him. Since principle apparently can't motivate anyone in Washington any more, this might work
