That's not a bad idea as it will be full of military men and equipment. It's not as though it's hospitals, churches, care homes and homes ect, which the orcs love to bomb. You have my full support and would even donate to such a good cause 💯😁💛💙

IMO, Ukraine should thermite drone the hell out of the Moscow May 9th Victory Parade and take out clusters of Russian mobile missile platforms at their staging points around Red Square - any Ukrainian drone that the RF manages to shoot down will still drop the thermite over Moscow.
