Part of the basic problem is that there's lots of 'fouls' we prefer to let go because it's a physical, contact sport. VAR could disallow lots more goals, and give lots more penalties, than it does. So there's ALWAYS judgements that ppl disagree with, which harms its credibility with everyone.
