Tamiya does sell a form fitting foam thingy that fits those bottles. Fits GSI Creos/Mr Hobby containers too, which is handy, so I then don't spill my Mr Mark Setter and Mark Softer...

It's Tamiya SKU 87202 you're looking for. What's nice is you can either have them at the bottom or the middle of the jars, depending on your preference, and they stay nice and snug on the square 40mL containers.

I have some variations of these, and they are life-savers when dealing with the taller pots which like to tip over as if it were their only job.
