Yes, Hippie Hollow is the only legal clothing optional/nude beach in Texas. It’s located on the shores of Lake Travis, a man made lake. There is no real beach, just large boulders.

It's more of a rock quarry than a beach. But yes, it's a clothing-optional park. Well-maintained and cared for by Travis County.
