Hi friends, I try not to use my rescue’s platform to ask for things for my personal cats, but this is a special case. Our wonderful foster kitten babysitter Wasabi has a painful bladder stone & needs surgery ASAP to remove it. We’ve been trying to manage it with prescription food, with no luck. 1/2

She is paraplegic and I express her I have 3x daily eyes on. Noticeable difference!
Increasing hydration is also huge! Hydracare (Purina) has been proven to lower USG, increasing hydration on cellular level.
I'm so sorry, your poor baby is dealing with that.
Glad to see that - may the surgery go well, and Wasabi be cuddling up the next batches of kittens real soon now.
(Also already had your 501(c)3 in my list of folks to help soon. (Grew up in the county west of Elkton.))
Thank you for doing TNR and/or fostering when appropriate! Having socialized a couple feral kittens in my time, it's tough but so very rewarding when they figure out being loved and loving back.
Because love is love.
