Having served in the military I don't think that people should underestimate the number of shitheads in uniform. In the 1st term there was enough of the veneer of professionalism to keep most in check.
Now the culture has changed. There will be those that have been waiting for this and enough others just wanting promotions regardless of pesky ethics. There are too few Vindmans I'm afraid.
Do you think it's a majority? I've heard this talked about (shitheads in uniform), but I've been working on the assumption that they're not the majority, and most of the higher ranking folks still understand the assignment.
