Elon received an over billion dollar contract from the FCC to supply rural America with internet access. Elon failed to deliver on that contract. Plus, the dish doesn't work in the cold, overheats in the heat. If read T&C carefully, the dish has no warranty.

From what I understand, the bidding process for federal contracts is pretty strict. Verizon may be able to sue the U.S. Gov for billions. Taxpayers will be on the hook.
