I can barely remember times before I was in therapy. 32 years in, I cannot think without #conjuring William James, Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Abraham Maslow, or Aaron Beck. Sometimes I even hear their voices, illusions more useful than my other noise. None were right, but they beat nothing. #vss365
