Thank you Michelle. I've managed to develop quite a relationship with Zurich's lake crows and they make quite a fuss when they see me. Some people love to see so many crows but others are applalled. However, befriending them has at least allowed me to get close enough to photograph them 🙂

They truly are amazing birds. Hyper-intelligent and happy to show it off. They are the most neglected birds at the lake. Most people are focused on the swans, ducks and seagulls. The crows need a little love too 😄
There are some interesting water fowl at the lake at the moment

Thank you, now I know what they are. I hadn't noticed them before. Love that plumage extending beyond the back of the head. A bit of a reverse quiff 😄
