There's a custom feed called "📌 Bookmarks" which saves all posts that you've replied with an "📌", it's not perfect but maybe that will help you for a bit.

I also use BetterBluesky, an extension by @nemtudo.me. It has Trending Topics and allows me to, on web, bookmark by clicking an icon. Sometimes it lags on my PC so sadly I can't send a screenshot.
Not everyone likes extensions because of privacy and safety so I suggested the custom feed.
for privacy, some people send the post via DM to another account. there are some accounts out there like @salva-aqui.bsky.social but I can't confirm if it's privacy-safe

@eliotetc.bsky.social was banging on about this energetically recently. I think he deserves at least this much. He’s been very good at telling us about the things and the stuff and isn’t keen on copy-paste at all.
