Sure you can. Did you account for the quality and consistency of the inputs? Were the machines calibrated and maintained to a standard to minimize the deviation in the end product? Do the machines exist for single-piece production? Or is joining required?
Ooof. And ooof again.
1. tolerences are way too loose
2. can't do titanium
3. you can't get to aircraft grade alloys, way too high a risk of metal inclusions.
