I vaguely remember it and also remember it being not quite right

It's the stuff you'd find on the 1000-in-1 shareware disc bundles. Great stuff at the time

duke could run acceptably on 486s and quake couldn't, 1996 there still would have been a lot of 486 iron out there

plus duke is just super charismatic
