Every time I play this game I somehow mess up the first science experiment and all hell breaks loose. Very frustrating. One time I'll get it right and just be able to get on with the rest of my day in the lab.
I bought this game at last after years of pondering, like a year ago when the whole HL saga bundle was for sale on Steam at aheavily discounted price at like 5β¬ for EVERY GAME in the HL series, and some other source games. I love this game for real. I just wish I had a CRT so I could EXPERIENCE it
I played this game hundreds of times when I was 10 - 12 years old, so much I knew every enemy's behaviour. Could almost complete it without getting hit
It's native for PC, and if you have a Mac - they dropped support of 32-bit apps couple years back, but you can use Xash3d. A modified version of GoldSrc, so basically the same game engine as the one in Steam version, but ported into a lot of platforms.

This was my first FPS.
I have played all the variations and editions ... multiple times.
Nothing better. Still see Freeman/Mesa references to this day.
absolutely play half life, it's so worth
I love the game and play it again at once every year or two.
