UPDATE: We've been put on retroactive Admin Leave. We are not going back to work. The Admin Leave is indefinite while they prepare RIF documents. 30% of the agency will still be jobless.

Temporary rehire for 45 days while the MSPB conducts an investigation. The USDA did not provide 60 days notice which was required....so they could actually be let go again in the near future. Trump certainly cannot be trusted and this rehire may very well result in another reduction in force.
