Might be a short term fix but its definitely smth that can set you back a lot bc u don't acknowledge the root of the problem and just distance yourself from it

Although my way of dealing with binging was not perceiving it as something horrible or an idealised indulgence and having other occupations in my life
so in a way it's ignoring the symptom while also fixing my mind in other ways that helped
