Even if we define "do your own research" as "look up a paper," ask yourself:
* Who is the lead author? Are they respectable?
* What is the study protocol? Is the result statistically significant?
* Are the results consistent with the literature?
If you can't answer, don't "do your own research."

Ok kids time to do our research. Three of you are getting the medicine, three a sugar pill and sorry little jimmy you’re the control so nothing for you….
Or, learn how to use the internet & get anything digital for free?
The System is not monolithic, it has different rules for each class & subgroup.
#Freemium capitalism taxes the rich when elected leaders fail, creating fully stocked digital libraries for free use.
None of them are reading this.
It once meant don't rely on rumor or non-experts. Now it means "you're misinformed if you read things," and really, who does that benefit?
So when quacks and liars just present themselves as “experts” and repeat the BS over and over, in time a great many people will believe it.
So many questions..
