The corporate franchise tax is almost 30% of the state budget ($7B compared to Musk’s $56B pay package). Tesla, Meta, DropBox et al are blackmailing the state. It has legs for as long as dumb lawmakers aren't pushed to think. So, if anyone is in Delaware, or cares about the topic, blast the state legislators -- there's no way it can survive if there's eyes on it.
