Dunno how fully accurate the McClellan analogy is, but George keeping the Army of the Potomac well fed and taken care of while simultaneously losing the war is incredibly reminiscent of Chuck and his "no hard votes" style of leadership. Like George he says he retreats to fight again, but he won't.
