and sometimes bigger scale is actually better, cause worker can hide behind processes, hierarchies and bloat. you get exploited the same, but CEO fucks off to play golf and doesn't breathe down your neck
right and on a small scale, capitalism can actually carry significant risk for the capitalist. which frankly is how it is supposed to work, the whole concept of the means owner fairly taking all profit at the least requires that they have taken on a tangible risk not assumed by those who make a wage
nah, 8h slavery is not accepted even if the driver is on the edge of bankrupcy the whole time. fair deal is self-directed activity, then the risk and reward is balanced and controlled.
Yeah based on my experience working with a lot of small business owners early in my career, it does attract some petty tyrants. People who would get into HR trouble for their behavior at larger orgs get away with it when they’re the only boss
