Ahh yes, my favorite phase of nurturing a sourdough starter.

Taking forever to get bubbles, but not doubles, so there's no interesting pictures (or bread) to show for it.

And no matter how well I think I wash my hands, there's always a bit of dried starter goop on/under one of my nails. 🥖 🫧
