If I’m a resident who is seeing these drones regularly in my neighborhood and concerned and worried about what they are, then I would be demanding answers from the government. They deserve that.

Congressman. They are not drones. They are airplanes. They are extremely obviously airplanes. This is a mass hysteria over nothing, and you are contributing to it. I have never been so humiliated by a vote I've cast for a politician before today, and I can promise you'll never have my vote again.
I’m seeing them regularly in my neighborhood but people around me are being spun up by right wing MAGA politicians claiming without evidence that this is part of an Iranian military operation, thus making them concerned and worried about what they are. Doesn’t mean we should indulge that thinking.
