Agreed but you can’t do life sciences research without many of these words either. I can think of many math and comp sci program also affected. He’s not pro-science and anti-social science and humanities. He’s anti-intellectual and anti-academia. He’s attacking department of education next.

I agree, but this will clearly affect some sciences more than others. We need to stand in solidarity with each other. The attack on DEI alone should be enough to cause widespread outrage among all scientists.

You cannot do ANY (‼️) science without addressing bias.

And not only social science, also medical/pharmaceutical/biomedical research needs to include at least covariates such as sex/gender, race etc…
