Only 48% of Israeli Jews claim ancestry from Northern Africa, Middle-East, & Western Asia. They are not all from there. That's like saying all Catholics are from Rome.

No, it’s not like saying all Catholics are Romans at all. Not all Jewish people are from there correct, but even by your number most are and and their linage traces back to their ancestral home land there too.TBH has never actually been a safe place for them there either throughout history.
Because you are confusing the religion spreading with the people spreading. I know most people find it hard to distinguish the Jewish people from Judaism. But there is a difference between somebody practicing Judaism and being an ethnic Jew.
As I said, not even half of the population of Israel has ethnic origins in the area. That means that over half the population are not "ethnically Jews" as you mentioned.
To be clear, I am not saying that Jewish ppl do not belong in that area or don't have ties to it, but when Europeans converted to the religion & now claim to have a right to the land, it's a problem.

Of that 48%, only some trace their lineage back to that specific area. The majority of Palestinians can trace their lineage back to that area, though.
I've never said Hebrew ppl don't have ancestral connections to that land. But, most aren't Hebrews
