Judges are getting more concrete in their orders ... making it easier to monitor compliance. Next step may very well get hairy, but the work continues.

Hoping the courts hold Trump, Musk, and other criminals accountable.
This weeks letter from the American Bar Association might be an indication that broader society is finally becoming concerned about the illegal actions of this administration.
I am concerned that too many don't realize who would be tasked to enforce ignored court orders. That would be the U.S. Marshals, under the command of Pam Bondi at DOJ. Broader society concerned? Yes. Empowered to get actual consequences? That is the question at hand and I think the answer is no.
You’re 100% right. There isn’t any entity that will force him to adhere to orders … except “we the people”. Enough of a backlash would be the only way he backs down. The problem is what you said… how many people understand this and will people be too apathetic for too long?
To make matters worse, a "violent" backlash is what they would like more than anything, so they can move to martial law and "restore law and order". It's starting to look like threading a needle for us to avoid a fascist police state. Everything gets a lot harder to fix then.
That one of my main worries.
You are right, Bondi holds no more respect for the independence of the Marshals than she does the FBI or other sections of the DoJ -- or the courts for that matter.
I'm no legal expert and don't know where this bumpy road will take us. Probably into the streets....
