RIP Roy Ayers, one of the last titans, whose sprawling influence transformed all of pop culture: from jazz to neo-soul, funk, disco & hip-hop. He settled in BK but was South Central's own, one of the true Central Ave geniuses refracting infinitely pure vibrations.
