He's also arranging new loans to Ukraine which will be underwritten by the Russian oligarchs money they have frozen. I think that's a good idea Russia is paying for Ukraine to get their land back. UK is doing the same. EU just transferred €1.5 bl from their frozen 🇷🇺 held money.
