Not “the UN.” The *independent* special rapporteur for Palestine. She isn’t in the UN’s management structure. She’s appointed by the Human Rights Council to report to it on Palestinian human rights issues. She has no actual authority & doesn’t receive a salary from the UN. Why mislead re this, Hen?
