Need a special criminal offence for the type of fraud which just brings gaiety to the nation. American boomers in Nebraska will still be serving Scottish tea today and talking about its unique homeland taste.

The best thing about this story is that the BBC reported about this dude a decade ago in a sense that they uncritically wrote up a press release rather than going “Scottish Tea?!”.
